About Us

Karl Benjamin, owner and operator of Bridger Property Maintenance, is a 4th Generation Montanan, with over a decade of experience in the construction industry. An MSU Alum, Karl takes great pride in being a member of the Bozeman Community.

His background spans a wide breadth of different different trades. He’s overseen the completion of large projects such as full home remodels and pole barn construction. He formerly acted as a foreman for High Tech Coatings INC, a local and long standing asphalt maintenance company.

He’s also quite content completing small projects for his clients, from drywall repair and paint, to electrical fixture installation and general repairs.

Aside from his time working, Karl is also an impassioned vocalist and can be seen in performance with the Bozeman Symphony, Opera Montana and other engagements around the state.
